The San Luis Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit business Membership representing the merchants of the city of San Luis.  It is also a division of the Yuma County Chamber of Commerce.  All of our revenues are generated from   the Chamber membership dues and events.  Our purpose is to join businesses and professional men and woman for the purpose of promoting civic and commercial progress for the better quality of life. The area's economic well being is directly related to the caliber of work that is accomplished by our Chamber

 

There are two primary functions of the Chamber:

    1. It acts as spokesman for the business community and translate that into acting on the group thinking of its members.

    2. If offers our members and the entire San Luis Community a wide variety of products and services.

 

Objectives of the San Luis Chamber:

    1. To promote as better understanding of the free and private enterprise system.

    2. To coordinate the efforts of commerce, industry, government, and professionals in maintaining and         strengthening a sound and healthy business climate in Southwestern Arizona.

    3. To provide a creative business leadership and coordinatate strong partnerships with all interested parties in solving community problems and initiating constructive community action.

    4. To identify and take definitive action on issues that will affect business and quality of life in our area.

    5. To provide training opportunities for small and large businesses by partnering with other organizations that provide instructors and copntent.

    6. To create a broad understanding and appreciation of the tremendous opportunity and diversity in the San Luis area, and to promote these assets locally, statewide, and nationally.
